Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after this deadline will not qualify for a refund.
- Cancellations must be made via phone or email and received before the stated cancellation deadline.
- Refund requests must be submitted by the person whose name was used for the booking or by the credit/debit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the customer’s name and the booking order number.
- Cancellations can be made by calling +90 533 866 7452 or by emailing [email protected].
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used for payment.
- All refunds are subject to a minimum service fee of £10.00 to cover bank charges.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the customer provides an incorrect flight number during booking.
- If misleading information or errors are provided by the customer during booking.
- If the customer makes a mistake with the date of arrival.
- If the customer is not present at the pick-up point within 75 minutes after the time of arrival.
The above policies apply to all users of Easy Cyprus Transfers services. Please read all policy information carefully before applying for a refund.
