I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you are unable to find your desired location or you are unsure, please ask us via our contact options.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay via;

  1. Credit/Debit Card (Stripe)
  2. Direct Bank Transfer – Pound Sterling (£)

These options will be on the ‘CHECKOUT’ page.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes. Please get in contact before booking to explain your requests. We will then provide you with further information in order to arrange your transfer.

Do your vehicles have air conditioning?

Yes. All of our vehicles are clean, modern and have air conditioning.

Is the price quoted the full price?

Yes. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. The price you see is all you need to pay.

What if I need a baby seat or child seat?

Just before finalising your booking on the ‘CHECKOUT’ page, there is an Additional information section near the bottom of the page where you can type an optional order note.

Please specify there if you are going to need a baby seat or child seat for your transfer and we will have this arranged for you.

How do I book a PAPHOS AIRPORT (PFO) transfer?

To book a PAPHOS AIRPORT (PFO) transfer, please reach out to us using any of our contact options.

Send us a message with the following details:

  1. Your name
  2. Date and time of your arrival/departure at PAPHOS AIRPORT (PFO)
  3. Your flight code
  4. Number of passengers
  5. Drop-off/pick-up location in North Cyprus

We will then respond to confirm availability and provide you with the price. If you agree, we will send you an online payment request to complete, and your booking will be confirmed.

Do I need a visa to cross the border?

No, you do not need a visa to cross the border.

Can you pick up from Larnaca airport and go to Girne (Kyrenia)?

Yes. We are able to take you across the border to any destination in Northern Cyprus and back.

What if I am not sure which location my hotel is in?

If you are unsure about the location of your hotel, please refer to the ‘HOTELS’ page where you will find a list of hotels sorted by location.

The hotel names are arranged alphabetically for easy reference. You can also use the search box above the list to easily find a specific hotel by typing its name.

If you have searched and cannot find your hotel, please inform us, and we will gladly clarify the situation.

How can I be sure my chosen location is correct?

If you’re uncertain about the location you’ve selected, please visit the ‘RATES’ page, where you’ll find a list of all the areas covered for each location.

The location names are arranged alphabetically for easy reference.

If you’ve searched and are unable to locate your desired location, kindly inform us, and we’ll be more than happy to provide clarification.

Before You Travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Generally the vehicles are capable of carrying one large case & one small bag per person; however, if you have excess baggage, please notify us in advance to avoid space problems at the airport.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive? What if I can’t find him/her?

The driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit lounge. He/She will be holding a sign with your name on it.

If you don’t see your name, don’t panic. Please look around carefully.

If you still can’t spot your name, you can contact our 24 hour emergency phone number +90 533 866 7452 (WhatsApp) who will provide you with help and information.

What happens if I miss my flight?

Should you miss your flight, please notify us immediately (this should be before the flight departure time). We will then re-arrange your pick up for your next flight at no extra cost.

Circumstances

What happens if my flight is delayed? Do I get charged extra?

No, we will monitor your flight and proceed to the airport accordingly. You will not be charged extra.

Please make sure you double-check your flight information before booking to avoid confusion.

Also, please make sure you provide a mobile number on the ‘CHECKOUT’ page that can be reached in Cyprus (WhatsApp). By providing this mobile number, you will help us get in contact in case of any possible confusion.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any flight changes.

How do I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking by phone (+90 533 866 7452) or email ([email protected])

You can also use the form on the ‘CONTACT US’ page to request the cancellation of your booking.

Will I get charged for cancelling a booking?

Cancellations request received 24 hours before pick up time will be eligible to receive a refund.

Any cancellations received after the stated deadline will not qualify for a refund.

All refunds attract a minimum service fee of £10.00 (bank charges)

My group size has changed, can I amend my booking?

Yes. If your group size or destination has changed, please notify us immediately so we can amend the booking.

What make and model are your vehicles?

Our vehicles are primarily the Mercedes-Benz Viano and the Mercedes-Benz V-Class.

Is your company fully licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to operate in both North and South Cyprus.
